We build our own, too

Before we take your money, we have bet our own. Two products we built, launched and grew ourselves.

Phoenix app
Live on Google Play

Phoenix

An AI self-improvement coach. People write what is going on, an LLM finds the pattern and answers with a plan, and streaks keep them coming back.

  • LLM coaching and AI journal
  • AI-voiced guided meditation
  • Subscriptions with RevenueCat
  • 6.33% free-to-paid conversion

AI face-recognition attendance

Problem
Tracking attendance for a large warehouse and delivery workforce. Paper registers and ID cards invite proxy check-ins and do not scale.
What we built
A mobile attendance app with AI face recognition. Staff check in with their face, with no cards and no proxies.

AR scavenger hunt on the track

Problem
Getting spectators to explore the venue instead of staying in their seats.
What we built
A location-based game in the spirit of Pokémon GO. 3D spots are placed along the track, and fans scan them to earn points.

Questions buyers ask

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Source code and IP transfer to you under the contract once the work is paid for.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before the first detailed call.

Where are you based, and how do time zones work?

We are based in India (IST). That overlaps with UK and European working hours, and with US East Coast mornings. You get a written update every week and a call when you need one.

What stack do you build with?

Flutter for iOS and Android, Supabase or Firebase on the backend, n8n for automation, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and the major LLM providers for AI features. If you already have a stack, we work in yours.

Do you support the app after launch?

Yes. We can stay on for fixes, store updates and new features, or hand over to your team with documentation.

Have something hard to build?

Tell us what it is. You get a reply from the founder, not a sales team.
